Once we commit to working together, we will be meeting for 50 minute sessions once a week. In certain cases it can be beneficial to meet more frequently and this will be determined based on your personal needs.

Insurance

My services may fall under PPO insurance plans as an “out-of-network” provider and it can be helpful to check with your insurance company ahead of time to clarify your coverage for therapy services with an out-of-network provider.

Prior to our first session, you may contact your insurance company and ask the following questions:

Do I have mental health coverage?
What percentage of my bill will be covered for services obtained by an out-of-network provider?
How many sessions will be covered per calendar year?
What is my deductible, and has it been met?

At the end of each month, I will provide you with an invoice to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

*Alternatively, many clients find their insurance plans limiting and choose to pay out-of-pocket for full control over the number of sessions.
